This wine Limoux Toques and Clochers Mediterranean is a superb Chardonnay elaborated under a Mediterranean climate offering rounded and fruity wines. The dress of this chardonnay Mediterranean toques and steeple is yellow and gold reminds us of the Languedoc sun. A very nice white wine recognized by sommeliers around the world. This wine vinified and aged 10 months in barrels offers a seamless harmony: freshness, finesse, roundness, length on the palate and grilled notes on the finish. A great Chardonnay for your festive meals: wonderful as an aperitif, it will accompany with oyster and shellfish delights but also bouillabaisse and cod brandade.
