Description

Bandol Domaine Tempier rosé is a wine with limpid color with nice salmon reflections. It is ideally tasted at a temperature of about 11 ° C, it is an ideal wine for the cuisine of Provence and for many dishes. A fine and delicate Bandol rosé wine to savor. Its harvest has been carefully and manually sorted. Juice extraction by direct pressing and cold skin maceration. The grapes come from clay-limestone soils they are composed of 50% Mourvedre 28% Grenache and 20% Cinsault and 2% Carignan. Tillage is done without the use of chemical molecules. The Tempier family has been managing the estate since 1834, The Tempier estate is located in the heart of the Bandol appellation, the 38 hectares of the Tempier estate are on several plots. The most beautiful terroirs of the Tempier domain are: La Migoua in Beausset-Vieux, La Tourtine and Cabassaou at Castellet and the bastide at Le Plan du Castellet.
