Santa Teresa 1796 Chuao Cacao Cask Finish: a unique finish that is worth tasting
This Venezuelan rum is the result of Solera ageing, followed by a finish in casks that previously contained a maceration of Chuao cocoa beans.This particular process givesit a unique aromatic palette. Its intense nose reveals aromas of dark chocolate, pecans, caramel and a hint of nutmeg. On the palate, it envelops the mouth with notes of tropical fruit, vanilla, toasted wood and a vibrant minerality, leading to a long and harmonious finish.
This rare rum is ideal with gourmet desserts or dried fruit, or simply as a digestif at the end of a meal.
