Tepuy Destino is produced in Venezuela using renowned expertise that combines various distillation methods to create a rum of great elegance. The rums used in the blend are aged for up to eight years in American oak casks, before being finished in casks that previously held Amontillado, the famous Spanish sherry. This maturation process imparts remarkable aromatic richness whilst retaining a great deal of freshness.

Its brilliant amber colour heralds an expressive nose where vanilla, light caramel, ripe yellow fruits, candied citrus, toasted nuts and a subtle hint of honey intermingle. On the palate, the attack is smooth and perfectly balanced. Flavours of dried fruit, hazelnut, toffee, mild spices and delicately toasted oak intertwine with a pleasant freshness derived from the Amontillado finish. The finish is long, elegant and slightly salty, offering lovely persistence.
