BOCATHEVA JAMAICA FULL PROOF 57° is a 100% Pot Still rum, distilled and bottled at high proof to preserve all the richness of its Jamaican terroir. This 70cl rum, made from molasses and aged in oak casks, boasts powerful aromas of exotic fruits, liquorice, vanilla and spices, with a hint of leather and tobacco. Pot Still distillation and Full Proof bottling guarantee a rare intensity and authenticity.
On the palate, its power is balanced by a surprising roundness, with a long, warm finish. Perfect for lovers of full-bodied rums, it can be enjoyed neat, with a little water to release its aromas, or in bold cocktails. Bocatheva has created a cuvée that celebrates and the art of brut distillation rum.
