Description

Hee Joy Origins is the blend of traditional rum from 3 different origins. Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago and Jamaica. These rums have aged 3 years under the skies of the islands then are transported to the Cognac region and are then further aged for 4 to 6 months in Cognac barrels. The result is a woody, honeyed nose, marked by candied fruits including citrus fruits. The palate also evokes sugar cane in addition to hints of honey and fruit.
