Canerock infused rum was born from the legendary stills of Clarendon and Long Pond in Jamaica.

These two distilleries, located in the heart of the island, are renowned for their traditional methods and artisanal expertise. After distillation, Canerock is infused with natural spices: Madagascan vanilla, Caribbean coconut and ginger, which give it a unique aromatic depth. Clarendon, with its copper vats and long fermentation processes, produces rums rich in esters, while Long Pond is distinguished by more robust profiles, where toasted wood and spices intertwine elegantly.

Canerock is then aged for several months in oak casks, 15 to 20% of which are sherry casks, giving it additional notes of dried fruit, caramel and a touch of spicy sweetness. Each sip reveals a unique aromatic palette: vanilla, toasted coconut, fresh ginger, all enveloped in a woody roundness. This rum, often reserved for connoisseurs, can be enjoyed neat or in cocktails, where it adds a touch of character and authenticity.
