Description

This CAIRANNE Rouge BIO cuvée Castel MIREIO 2023 is an ORGANIC wine produced by Domaine A.BERTHET-RAYNE. The color of this red wine is clear and brilliant with a beautiful garnet red. The nose is very fruity and spicy, notes of black fruits and cloves dominate the nose and woody notes accompany everything.

The palate is supple, the tannins are pleasant, the aromas of sweet spices and black fruits confirm what is perceived on the nose. It is composed of 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre.

After a long maceration of 40 days, aging in barrels lasts one year.
