Château Grand-Puy-Ducasse 2020 is an exceptional Pauillac, produced on gravelly soil typical of the appellation. Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (65%) and Merlot (35%), this wine displays an intense nose of blackcurrant, cedar, liquorice and a hint of tobacco. On the palate, it offers flavours of ripe black fruits, chocolate and a subtle minerality, supported by mellow tannins and a fresh, elegant finish.

The 2020 vintage, marked by a sunny summer and cool nights, gives this wine great concentration and remarkable freshness. Best served between 16 and 18°C, after decanting, it is the perfect accompaniment to grilled meats, game or mature cheeses.
