Petit Mouton 2020 is the second wine of Château Mouton Rothschild, a refined Pauillac made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (85%), Merlot (12%) and Cabernet Franc (3%). Its elegant nose reveals aromas of blackcurrant, cedar, liquorice and a touch of violet. On the palate, it seduces with its silky tannins, notes of black fruit and a fresh, mineral finish. Powerful and balanced, it should be served between 16 and 18°C, ideally with red meat or mature cheeses.

Petit Mouton 2020, Château Mouton Rothschild's second wine, is an exceptional Pauillac, produced on the legendary terroir of this Premier Cru Classé. Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (85%), Merlot (12%) and Cabernet Franc (3%), this wine displays an enticing nose of blackcurrant, cedar, liquorice and a touch of floral notes. On the palate, it offers flavours of candied black fruits, chocolate and a subtle minerality, supported by mellow tannins and a fresh, elegant finish.

The 2020 vintage, marked by a sunny summer and cool nights, gives this wine great concentration and remarkable freshness. Best served between 16 and 18°C, after decanting, it is the perfect accompaniment to meat dishes with sauce, game or mature cheeses.
