The Legacy of a Feudal Vineyard in Alsace

Domaine Marcel Deiss – Le Burg 2022 is a highly complex organic white wine from Alsace, produced from a feudal vineyard situated on the heights of Bergheim, where the limestone and schist soils lend the wine a unique minerality and aromatic depth. This wine is the result of a blend of traditional grape varieties (Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Sylvaner, Muscat), cultivated according to biodynamic principles, ensuring an authentic expression of the terroir.

On the nose, Le Burg 2022 reveals aromas of Reinette apple, candied lemon, acacia blossom and flint, reflecting the purity and minerality of its terroir. On the palate, it impresses with its vibrant freshness, creamy texture and notes of Williams pear, citrus and honey, leading to a long, lingering finish.
