The Domaine Marcel Deiss Pinot Noir 2023 is a red wine from Alsace of great finesse, produced by an estate that has been a pioneer in biodynamics since the 1980s. This 100% Pinot Noir is grown on granitic and clay-limestone soils, which lend it a subtle minerality and aromatic complexity. The estate, run by Jean-Michel Deiss, is renowned for its respect for the terroir and its biodynamic cultivation methods, ensuring wines of great purity and authentic expression.

On the nose, this 2023 Pinot Noir displays intense aromas of black cherry, fresh raspberry and sweet spices, with a subtle floral touch.
