Domaine de Salvard Loire wine

These Loire wines are produced by Domaine de Salvard, which has 45 hectares of vines. The Domaine's production is 90% Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay for the white wines and only 10% Gamay and Pinot Noir for the reds. The Domaine's terroir is mainly loamy soil with a lot of flint.

Cheverny Loire red wine

The Cheverny red wine is a blend of 2 grape varieties produced by the estate: 65% pinot noir and 35% gamay. This red wine has a very light red colour. On the palate, it is full of red fruit and light, which means that this red wine goes well with fish, aperitifs or white meats.
