This Irish whiskey, a blend of 75% bourbon-aged single grain and 25% sherry-aged single malt, is finished for 6 months in stout casks. A 43% proof 70cl with aromas of coffee, vanilla and chocolate.

Irish Whiskey Hyde 1640 N°8 Stout Cask Finish is the result of a collaboration between Hibernia Distillers and the Cotton Ball micro-brewery in Cork.
