Description
Irish Whiskey West Cork Port Finish is an exceptional Irish single malt, distilled from 100% malted barley and aged in first-fill bourbon casks. It is then finished in port casks from Quinta Da Boeira, giving it unique aromas of dried fruit, vanilla and caramel.
On the nose, it offers notes of nutmeg, black pepper and dried fruit.
On the palate, it is smooth and fruity, with a marked influence from the port casks.
The finish is moderately long, with notes of nuts, fudge, malt and plum.
This whiskey is produced by West Cork Distillers, an Irish distillery renowned for its quality whiskeys. Its original, slightly slanted bottle makes it a unique and attractive product.
