The Whistler Triple Oak embodies the revival of Irish whiskey spearheaded by the Boann Distillery, situated in the Boyne Valley. Produced using the traditional triple distillation method, it combines three iconic styles: Single Pot Still, renowned for its spicy and creamy character; Single Malt, which brings depth and aromatic richness; and Single Grain, which lends smoothness and balance. This original blend is then matured in three types of cask: Bourbon, Oloroso Sherry and Pedro Ximénez Sherry. This triple maturation enriches the whisky with a multitude of nuances whilst maintaining remarkable harmony.

The nose opens with aromas of caramel, toffee, vanilla, raisins and dark chocolate, enhanced by delicate oak spices. The palate is generous and velvety, revealing flavours of dried fruit, honey, melting caramel, toasted wood and warm spices. The finish is long, elegant and slightly honeyed, carried by a lovely woody persistence.

Served neat in a tulip glass, with a few drops of water or over a large ice cube, The Whistler Triple Oak reveals its full aromatic richness.
