Founded in 2006 by Olivier Duthoit and Mathieu Lesenne, the Brasserie du Pays Flamand has made a name for itself thanks in particular to the Anosteké range. Since its inception, it has championed expressive beers, where the careful selection of raw materials and the pursuit of distinctive aromatic profiles play a key role. This anniversary brew is a natural extension of this approach, featuring a West Coast Double IPA style that emphasises intensity and bitterness.

On tasting, its hoppy profile evokes citrus fruits, particularly pomelo and orange, complemented by notes of tropical fruits, peach and apricot. A resinous quality reinforces the typical character of a West Coast IPA, whilst a malty backbone provides balance. At 8 per cent ABV, this beer also packs a punch, calling for careful tasting.
