Saison Bohémian beer is the result of a collaboration between the Thiriez and Jožin breweries in the Czech Republic.

Brasserie Thiriez, renowned for its craft beers in the Hauts-de-France region, has teamed up with Prague-based Brasserie Jožin, a specialist in bottom fermentation, to create Saison Bohémian. This international collaboration has resulted in a fruity and spicy beer, brewed with two varieties of Czech hops: Saturn and Juno. These hops, provided by Ondřej "Onda" Horák and his team, give the beer intense aromas of peach, apricot and citrus, as well as a floral and spicy touch.

On the nose, Bohemian Saison offers a complex bouquet of ripe fruit and Belgian yeast, while on the palate, it unfolds with a fruity attack (apricot, clementine, orange), followed by a pronounced bitterness that balances the fruity notes. The long, spicy finish reveals the mastery of both breweries. Thiriez, known for its traditional saisons, and Jožin, an expert in modern Czech beers, have combined their expertise to create a unique beer that combines freshness and depth.

This seasonal beer (5.5% ABV) is perfect as an aperitif or to accompany light dishes (salads, grilled fish, goat's cheese).
