The MARION Craft Collection 75 cl is a triple-hopped blonde beer brewed by De Katsbier Brewery, based in Méteren, in the heart of the Monts de Flandre. This creation forms part of the Craft Collection range, which brings together original recipes inspired in particular by the new wave of craft breweries.

With an alcohol content of 8.5% and a bitterness of 39 IBU, MARION has a bold character whilst retaining an approachable and indulgent flavour. Its golden blonde colour, slightly cloudy, is topped with a white, fine and moderately abundant head. On the nose, it develops a particularly pleasant fruity and floral character.

On the palate , it reveals an aromatic profile dominated by exotic fruits, grapes and yellow fruits, complemented by floral nuances. On the palate, the beer is full-bodied and hoppy, with a sparkling, smooth texture. The bitterness adds depth without overpowering the overall fruity character.

MARION is particularly well-suited as an aperitif. It also pairs well with spicy dishes, grilled meats, burgers or strong cheeses. Its rich aromatic profile makes it suitable for pairing with dishes substantial enough to complement it.
