Godet Frères La Sauzaie Finish Tequila Cask reveals a brilliant golden colour with golden highlights. The nose opens with aromas of pear, crisp apple, candied lemon, white flowers and vanilla, quickly complemented by notes of honey, fresh almond, white pepper and a subtle herbal touch derived from the tequila cask finish.

On the palate, the attack is fresh, rounded and perfectly balanced. Flavours of orchard fruit, citrus, light caramel and malted grains evolve into nuances of fresh herbs, lime zest, mild spices and delicately toasted oak. The tequila cask finish adds a lovely tension and a unique freshness without overshadowing the whisky’s elegance. The finish is long, lively and refined, characterised by citrus, spices and a slight minerality.
