Description
The nose of this Impertinent Organic Faugères from domaine Estanilles is swarming, almost bloody, with chrysanthemum aromas, with notes of red and black fruit and empyreumatic touches. In the mouth, power dominates but with great finesse; the fruit is present and the roundness is well balanced by a nice acidity. Length in the finish. This Château des Estanilles faugeres red wine consists of: 35% Syrah; 20% Grenache; 20% Carignan; 15% Cinsault; 10% Mourvèdre This wine is produced with the greatest respect for the ecosystem on a unique Schist terroir. Harvested manually.
