Quatre Temps Dry Jurancon by Domaine Cauhape by Henri Ramonteu. This dry Jurançon from Domaine Cauhapé Quatre Temps offers notes of pear and banana on the nose mixed with fresh notes marked by citrus and spices. The attack on the palate is powerful, structured with and fat on a very concentrated and fresh fruit. The vanilla and brioche notes are well integrated and accompany a pleasant sensation of freshness on the finish. Fermentation in barrels of 3 & 4 wines and aged on total lees for 11 months with batonnage which explains the fatness of this wine. 70% Gros Manseng and 30% Petit Manseng and yield of 45 hl per hectare.
