Bloody Nose Blanc: the freshness of the great white Bordeaux wines from Sainte-Foy Côtes de Bordeaux

The Hostens-Picant Bloody Nose Blanc offers a contemporary take on organic and vegan white wine from Bordeaux. Thanks to the blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, it develops a lovely aromatic intensity whilst retaining great elegance. Stéphane Derenoncourt’s guidance brings a distinctive signature to the wine, characterised by a constant pursuit of precision, freshness and respect for the terroir.

The bouquet of this organic white wine reveals notes of lime, grapefruit, mango, white peach, acacia blossom and flint. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, perfectly balanced by lovely acidity and a subtle minerality. The finish is long, fresh and highly aromatic.
