Anisette de Pontarlier Sans Sucre 45° by Fils d'Émile Pernot is an artisanal spirit from the Pontarlier region in the Doubs. This sugar-free version brings out the natural aromas of star anise, fennel and aromatic plants, without any artificial additives. When tasted, it offers immediate freshness, with notes of pure aniseed, liquorice and mint, followed by a hint of sweet spices. Its 45° strength and perfect balance make it a versatile and refined product .
The Les Fils d'Émile Pernot distillery, with its strong family heritage, continues a distilling tradition dating back to the end of the 19th century.
