Ouzo Plomari is a traditional Greek aniseed-flavoured aperitif, produced in the town of Plomari on the island of Lesbos by the Isidoros Arvanitis distillery since 1894. This spirit is made from a blend of botanicals including mainlystar anise, coriander, cloves,angelica, liquorice, mint, wintergreen, fennel, hazelnuts, cinnamon and lemon blossom. Its captivating nose reveals aromas ofanise, coriander, cloves, liquorice and lemon blossom. On the palate, it offers a rich sensory experience: freshness, fruitiness, subtle minerality and a long, lingering finish.
