Discover this rather rare liqueur-like beverage in France. Beyond the initial sweet notes, you'll appreciate its fresh, balanced, and indulgent character.
How is Ice Cider produced?
During the harsh Canadian winters, the apple must from various apple varieties is exposed to cold temperatures (as low as -20/-30°C). Then, in January, these highly concentrated musts obtained through cryoextraction are left to ferment. This results in a beverage with an approximate sugar content of 135 g per liter.
It takes 50 apples to produce one bottle of ice cider.
