This bottle of NEIGE Cidre de ICE du Canada 37.5 cl was the first ice cider to be marketed. comes from apples from the Archambault orchard in Quebec.

Discover this sweet drink that is quite rare in France. After the first sweet notes, you will appreciate its fresh, balanced and delicious appearance.

How is ice cider obtained?

During the harsh Canadian winters, the musts from the press of several varieties of apples are exposed to cold (up to -20/-30°C). Then in January, these highly concentrated musts obtained by cryoextraction are left to ferment. We then obtain this drink dosed at approximately 135 g of sugar per liter. 

You have to press 50 apples for a bottle of ice cider
