Castelforte Garganega Veronese IGT 2023 is an Italian white wine that will delight your palate with its lively and aromatic character. Made from the Garganega grape variety, typical of the Verona region, this wine is distinguished by its pale golden colour and crystalline highlights, heralding a refreshingly fresh aromatic palette.
On the nose, it displays aromas of Golden Delicious apple, Williams pear, acacia blossom and a touch of lemon zest, reminiscent of the complexity of the white wines you enjoy, but with a more pronounced minerality and a note of fresh almond typical of Veneto wines.
On the palate, the attack is fresh and balanced, with flavours of white peach, lime and a hint of acacia honey. The finish, slightly salty, is carried by a lively acidity that makes it an ideal companion for oysters, seafood risotto or warm goat's cheese salad.
