Description

This Vaucluse Petit Caboche White wine has a beautiful golden yellow color with green reflections, then an intense and deep nose made of white flesh fruits, exotic fruits. The mouth of this little White Caboche is frank, smooth and fresh. A very pretty sauvignon, consistent, aromatic and distinctive. In the past, family members, the Boisson, had two trades at the same time: Winegrower and Maréchal-Ferrant. The name of the Domain comes from this second trade, because the nails fixing the irons under the horses' hooves are called, in Provençal language, "caboche". It was then the nickname we gave to the Boisson family. This family operates the Père Caboche estate in Châteauneuf du Pape.
