Rhône Valley wine by Marrenon

Based in the Luberon, Marrenon is a wine cooperative founded in 1965, which currently has over 1,200 winegrowers cultivating more than 7,000 hectares of vines. The vastness of the wine-growing area means that there is a wide diversity of terroirs for blending the wines in the Marrenon range. The wine cooperative applies environmentally-friendly growing methods, gradually moving towards organic farming.

Gardarem, a Marrenon red wine

Gardarem is a red wine produced in the Luberon by the Marrenon cooperative group. This red wine is the result of a plot-by-plot selection in the Luberon AOC, and is Marrenon's top-of-the-range cuvée. The dominant grape variety is Grenache, giving it aromas of ripe red fruit and spices, with a roundness on the palate. Gardarem goes perfectly with a platter of mature cheese, spicy dishes, red meat in sauce or grilled.
