Passoã is a liqueur made from passion fruit from Brazil. In 1985, the Master Distiller, specialist in fruit and guarantor of the original Cointreau recipe, went to Brazil to find a variety of very specific oranges used to make this famous liqueur. He then discovers Passiflora eludis, an amazing shrub that intrigues him with its captivating flavors. Very quickly, he detected qualities in this fruit and wanted to capture its deepest aromas to imagine a different liquor.
