Description

This NEISSON Agricole de Martinique rum is the result of the Neisson distillery's all-out experimentation policy with regard to the aging possibilities of their rums.

Usually these are whiskeys that are aged in MIZUNARA barrels. The interest of this type of barrel on Rhum Agricole lies in the contribution of woody and spicy aromas, but also velvety thanks to the very fine grain of this legendary wood.

The natural structure of this oak is porous, this increases the maturation process, this wood is naturally rich in vanillin, it gives the wines or brandies it contains spicy notes as well as slightly smoky notes which evoke oak wood. sandalwood.
