PAPA LUNA 2020 Spanish red wine D.O. CALATAYUD 75 cl. Norrel Robertson, el Escocés Volante (The Flying Scotsman) offers us a wine with a very dark colour and violet highlights. The nose offers notes of black fruit and aromatic herbs. The palate opens with caramelised, peppery notes and the black fruit suddenly appears. the tannins are present but supple. a new generation of Spanish wines for which woodiness is not the primary (sometimes the only...) quality criterion. A great success!
