The Cuvée Hauts du Clos is a rosé made from a blend of 50% Grenache, 35% Cinsault and 15% Syrah, harvested exclusively at night to preserve the freshness of the grapes. This blend gives the wine intense aromas of fresh fruit and a mineral note. On the palate, it offers a refreshing, silky and flavourful sensation. This Provence rosé pairs perfectly with seafood and Mediterranean dishes, or can be enjoyed as an aperitif.

Description

Magnum of Domaine Hauts du Clos Côtes de Provence Rosé. This rosé from Provence offers a magnificent robe with salmon reflections, full of light. The nose is characteristic of the beautiful Provence rosé, carried by fruity, fresh and mineral notes. this 12 ha estate is located in Carcés, it is masterfully led by Aurélien Bothuyne who is unanimous in the region, both for his kindness and his legendary good humor and for his talent. The vines are cultivated according to the principles of sustainable cultivation and Aurélien's "farmer" past (in the noble sense of the term) leads him to give real importance to the quality of the vines. The result speaks for itself in the glass.
