Description

N°2 de Maucaillou 2022 is the second wine of Moulis in the Médoc Cru Bourgeois Château Maucaillou. This second wine, N°2, is classified in the Haut Médoc. This Bordeaux red wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot. The colour is a deep, intense red. The first notes on the nose are of ripe black fruit, hay and spices. The palate is fairly rustic, with firm, fleshy tannins. You can smell the ageing in new oak.

You can serve this N°2 from Maucaillou with red meat, poultry and small game.
