This exceptional cuvée is the result of a careful blend: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by 15% Merlot. The grapes are harvested by hand, ensuring optimal selection of the ripest bunches. Vinification takes place in spacious wooden vats, followed by 18 months of ageing in French oak barrels, giving the wine complexity, finesse and character.

Michel Aroldi, originally from Libourne in the heart of the Bordeaux wine region, has been a long-time enthusiast. After owning Château Plain-Point in Fronsac since 1993, he realised his dream in 2013: to own an estate in the heart of the Médoc's greatest terroirs. He acquired Château Dompierre, located in prestigious appellations such as Pauillac, Haut-Médoc and Médoc, demonstrating his commitment to excellence.
