This Pouilly Fumé from the Domaine des Mariniers is a Joseph MELLOT wine.
The vines are on average 25 years old and grow on 14 hectares of land. The wine is vinified and matured in stainless steel vats. The nose is marked by fine notes of citrus fruit, exotic fruit and minerality.
On the palate, the mineral structure gives this wine its tension and liveliness. The citrus and exotic fruit notes are confirmed. This fine white wine from the Loire region goes well with a seafood platter, fish in sauce or fresh goat's cheese from the region.
