Situated in Labarde, this estate, acquired in 1970 by Thierry Durousseau's family, straddles the Margaux and Haut-Médoc appellations. In addition to its vineyards, replanted in 1989 (now extending to 8 hectares), it includes a number of meadows grazed by Limousin cows reared for their meat.
 
Made from a traditional Médoc blend, with Cabernet Sauvignon at the forefront, this is a classic Margaux in the best sense of the word, earning a star for its freshness and finesse. It shows its style in its deep purple colour with violet highlights, then in its bouquet of equal depth, expressive and precise, combining fine notes of ageing (vanilla, toast) with a touch of spice.Lastly, it has an elegant, well-balanced palate that is both round and fresh.
