Its delicate nose reveals aromas of black cherry, violet blossom and cedar. On the palate, it seduces with its silky tannins, notes of red fruit and a fresh, spicy finish. Elegant and balanced, it should be served between 16 and 18°C, ideally with red meat or mature cheeses.

Château Cordet 2017: discover a Margaux at an affordable price

Château Cordet 2017 is a Margaux produced on gravelly soil typical of the appellation, renowned for its elegant, structured wines. Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Merlot (30%) and Petit Verdot (10%), this wine displays a complex nose of black cherry, violet flower, cedar and a touch of liquorice. On the palate, it offers flavours of ripe fruit, chocolate and a subtle minerality, supported by mellow tannins and a fresh finish.

The 2017 vintage, marked by a sunny summer and cool nights, gives this wine great concentration and remarkable freshness. Best served between 16 and 18°C, after decanting, it is the perfect accompaniment to grilled meats, game or mature cheeses.
