Coteaux du GIENNOIS Blanc 2024 Les CHARMES by Domaine LANGLOIS, this very beautiful organic white wine from the Loire 100% Sauvignon Blanc is the fruit of constant work at the estate. It offers mineral, floral and fruity notes on the nose that evoke citrus fruits. On the palate these floral and fruity notes are confirmed.
The estate is certified organic, it adheres to the charter of Independent Winegrowers. The work of this estate aims to preserve biodiversity by maintaining hedges near the vines in order to provide accommodation for wildlife. The use of plant covers that cover the soil helps reduce natural evaporation while stimulating the development of soil microorganisms.
The choices for managing the vines lead them to make demanding pruning to limit production; a green harvest serves to concentrate the juices. During the harvest, the grapes are sorted to bring only excellence to the press.
