Les Vieux Clos 2023 is a dry white wine from the Savennières appellation, produced by the Coulée de Serrant estate, one of the greatest terroirs in the Loire Valley. Made from 100% Chenin Blanc, it expresses aromas of green apple, honey and flint. Mineral and complex, this wine reflects the purity of the schist soils andthe unique sunshine of this historic vineyard. It is the perfect accompaniment to fish, shellfish or goat's cheese.

Les Vieux Clos 2023: an exceptional terroir in a bottle of Savennières

Les Vieux Clos 2023 is an iconic Savennières, produced on the legendary terroir of Coulée de Serrant, a monolithic south-facing blue schist vineyard. Made from 100% Chenin Blanc, this dry white wine displays aromas of Williams pear, candied lemon and wild honey, with a pronounced minerality that is characteristic of the schist soils and unique microclimate of the appellation.

The old vines, cultivated using sustainable agriculture methods, benefit from optimal sunshine and exceptional natural drainage, giving the wine a rare complexity and great longevity. Vinified with precision, it combines fruitiness, finesse and a characteristic mineral tension.

Best served between 10 and 12°C, it pairs beautifully with oysters, John Dory in sauce or mushroom-based dishes.
