This Valençay Blanc AOP is grown in the Loire Valley, more precisely at the Domaine Bardon. The Domaine Bardon vineyards are on hillsides surrounded by numerous rivers. This terroir gives the Valençay Bardon a marked freshness with flinty aromas.

How to enjoy Domaine Bardon Valençay Blanc?

The Valençay has a lovely pale yellow colour, and the nose is dominated by aromas of broom and casass, balanced with great finesse. On the palate, the freshness of this dry white wine stands out thanks to the 2 grape varieties blended into it: Chardonnay and Sauvignon. This Valençay Blanc from Domaine Bardon goes very well with cold meats, goat's cheeses and fish.
