Description

Elaborated from black cherries with large stones, this Kuhri kirsch brandy develops powerful and full-bodied aromas and a nutty finish. The production of Kuhri Brandies requires two methods of distillation for the same fruit. A first in two heaters, which gives off round and long aromas to the palate. A second, stiff on column, which gives in one heat sharper and lighter fruit scents. After aging, the Eaux-de-Vie, from both methods, are blended to express, in the same cuvée, the flower and the fruit, the power and the persistence.
