This Noblesse du Temps jurançon from the Cauhapé estate, directed by Henri Ramonteu, presents notes of candied fruit, honey and almonds, spices and citrus on the nose that give freshness. On the palate this sweet white wine offers, notes of candied apricots, fruit brandy, cooked apples and white truffles that take over, with final notes of toast, roasting and orange peel. The venadnges of this 100% Petit Manseng take place in second and third sorting from the end of November to the beginning of December after the first frosts, with a very low yield of 20 hectoliters per hectare.
