Green Spot Irish Whiskey is one of the most prestigious examples of the Single Pot Still style, an exclusively Irish speciality crafted from a blend of malted and unmalted barley, distilled in traditional copper stills. This production method gives the whiskey a smooth texture, a rich bouquet and great elegance.

Produced at the renowned Midleton Distillery, Green Spot is matured in a selection of American bourbon casks, sherry casks and, for part of the blend, Bordeaux wine casks, adding further depth and finesse. This maturation develops a refined aromatic profile blending green apple, pear, white peach, citrus, vanilla, honey, fresh almonds and delicate spices.

The palate is full-bodied, velvety and perfectly balanced. Flavours of ripe fruit, light caramel, delicate oak and white pepper are complemented by a lovely freshness. The finish is long, smooth and elegant, characterised by notes of spices, vanilla and dried fruit.
