Domaine de l'Hortus is a winegrowing estate belonging to the Oriliac family, who have been established in Languedoc Roussillon since 1970. Year after year, the Oriliac family replanted a few hectares of vines between the Hortus mountain and the Pic Saint Loup, until today they have a total surface area of 60 hectares on a limestone terroir.
Le Loup Dans la Bergerie red wine
Le Loup dans la Bergerie is a blend of 3 grape varieties that are emblematic of the region: Syrah 40%, Merlot 30% and Grenache 30%. This blend offers perfect balance, with a delicious nose of fresh red fruit such as strawberries and raspberries. On the palate, le loup dans la bergerie is a round, fresh wine with a marked finish of red fruit and very light spices.
