Ardmore is a style!! This single malt is a finely peated Highland whiskey, mineral aged in Oloroso Sherry casks for a contribution of fruity notes. Only 867 bottles were produced in this version.

Description

Ardmore is THE Highland distillery which offers finely peated single malts. This version offered by Signatory Vintage for Whiskey live Paris 2023 is a version aged for 12 years in Oloroso Sherry barrels.

It was distilled on June 1, 2011 and 867 bottles were produced by Signatory Vintage on July 13, 2023.

When tasting, you will discover a malty, vegetal nose, with notes of hay and gentian, then “petroleum” notes. Secondly, notes of smoke, citrus and exotic fruits take over.

On the palate, notes of smoked meat appear, then notes of citrus and dried fruit appear. Finally, subsequently the peat asserts itself while respecting the other flavors.
