On the palate, it seduces with its smooth roundness, notes of candied orange, roasted nuts and a touch of dark chocolate, with a long, warm finish. Balanced and complex, this whisky should be enjoyed between 18 and 20°C, neat or with a drop of water.

Glenmorangie Lasanta 15 Years Old: The Art of Ageing in Sherry Casks

The Glenmorangie distillery, located in the Scottish Highlands, is renowned for its elegant and innovative whiskies. Lasanta 15 Years Old is an exceptional single malt, first aged in bourbon casks and then refined for two years in Oloroso sherry casks. This double ageing process gives it intense aromas of candied fruit, honey and nuts, as well as a deep amber colour.

On the nose, this whisky offers a complex bouquet of vanilla, dates and spicy wood. On the palate, it unfolds flavours of caramelised orange, dark chocolate and a hint of nutmeg, with a long, smooth finish blending spices and dried fruit. Founded in 1843, the Glenmorangie distillery uses the tallest stills in Scotland for slow and precise distillation, guaranteeing a spirit of great purity.
