Description

THOMPSON Brothers SUTHERLAND is a 5-year-old Highland Blended Malt Whisky, the result of blending single malts from 3 different distilleries. 590 bottles were produced from this single cask.

The nose is marked by notes of lemongrass and salted butter toffee, as well as hints of fruit such as figs and exotic fruit such as pineapple. The palate is naturally dominated by lemongrass, followed by notes of exotic fruit, with a fresh, mineral and even slightly iodised finish. Notes of white pepper and beeswax round off the tasting experience.
