Nestled in the heart of the French Alps, Domaine des Hautes Glaces is an organic whisky distillery in France. Founded in 2009 by enthusiastsof sustainable agriculture, the estate grows its barley at high altitude, in a preserved ecosystem, to produce unique and environmentally friendly whiskies. This Indigène Single Malt Organic Whisky is the result of this philosophy, combining Scottish tradition and Alpine terroir.

This whisky, aged in oak casks, has a golden colour and a complex nose with aromas of Alpine honey, candied fruit and broom flowers. On the palate, its silky texture reveals flavours of baked apple, pecan nuts and a touch of sweet spices (cinnamon, ginger). The long and harmonious finish leaves an impression of vanilla wood and minerality, typical of mountain whiskies.

The Alps, with their harsh climate and mineral soils, give this whisky a unique freshness and aromatic depth. Domaine des Hautes Glaces uses traditional distillation methods and slow ageing, allowing the whisky to develop its full complexity.
